Privacy, the short version
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising scripts. The principal financial calculators run in your browser. No email is required to explore the public tools.
Privacy, the complete version
When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your address or number, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, if a project follows, to work on that project. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to any marketing list. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask for its deletion, at any time by writing to hello@beemyguest.ai.
Our hosting provider and Cloudflare keep standard technical server logs (IP address, requested pages, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes, under their own retention policies. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The owner portal linked from this site is operated on Guesty infrastructure under its own terms.
The direct-booking interface on the stays page connects to a Bee My Guest service operated on Cloudflare, which requests availability and stay quotes from Guesty. Dates and guest count are processed to answer the search. If you book, your contact details are transmitted to Guesty for the reservation and stay relationship. An encrypted operational copy is retained in Cloudflare D1 only for payment orchestration, status reconciliation and transactional follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to protect checkout from automated abuse.
Xendit processes the payment checkout under its own privacy and security terms. Bee My Guest does not receive or store card numbers. We retain payment references, amounts, status and timestamps needed to reconcile Xendit with Guesty. Transactional reservation messages may be sent through Guesty; the Bee My Guest operations address may receive a copy so the team can follow the deposit and outstanding balance. For split payments, no automatic card charge is made: the guest actively completes a fresh secure checkout for the final balance.
